(1) Obtaining a license to keep, use, manufacture or sell and distribute all types of radio equipment other than radio equipment not required to be licensed under rule 18 or to be an amateur radio control operator or amateur radio operator. will fall.
(2) According to sub-rule (1), a person who wants to get a license should submit an application to the licensing authority as follows:-
(a) for Satellite Receiving System or Satellite Communication System (Earth Station) and Cordless Telephone in the format as per Schedule-1 (a) and Schedule-1 (b) respectively,
(b) for keeping and using all other types of radio equipment except as mentioned in clause (a) in the format as per schedule-1 (c),
(c) To be an amateur radio control operator or an amateur radio operator in the format as per schedule-1 (d),
(d) for the production of radio equipment in the format as per Schedule-2 and
(e) in the format as per Schedule-3 for selling and distributing radio equipment.
